Illinois Public Act 101-0504

In 2019, the Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504. The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation information on its website. IMRF will update these reports annually.  Public Act 101-0504 also requires IMRF employers that have a website to include a link to this webpage.

Illinois Public Act 097-0609

This Act requires that employers participating in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund post compensation information for designated employees as a part of the budget approval process. Information on total compensation packages equal to or exceeding $75,000 can be requested by contacting the library via phone, email, or in-person.
