But now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. Teens and adults are invited to learn about henna tattoos. Bek from Tattoo Heathen is coming to our library to give henna tattoos, along with bringing handouts and extra cones and bottles to try it yourself! Permission forms will be available at the library ahead of time and at the workshop. Henna tattoos are 100 percent natural and last approximately two weeks to a month. Limit 15.
